I really like the orange logo, would miss it a lot if you decide to go back to the bw style. It's not bad, and I understand why people look at it in a nostalgic way, but the new one is just tons better.

Unfortunately I have to agree with fdfisher. I had no problem with waiting, knowing the feature would come soon, but now that it even disappeared from the roadmap i'm seriously thinking about changing my player software.

No ranting at all, Dave. You're totally right! I'm not a programmer myself, but I do know what it's like to work hard on something that's simply for free and everybody can benefit of. I wish people would be a bit more concern of what they are consuming for free all the time, not being aware of the generosity they leech from.

Anyway... thanks for the coming updates! The integration of burning CDs surely is a great new addition.

I have to partially agree, but what I'm missing more is the menu bar integration with my current playing song for example. would be a nice addition.

Besides, songbird freezes very often, when i type in a word at the library search engine. Consider I'm using the 09 Macbook Pro 17" and i don't have a huge collection... About 9000 songs.

Sorry if this doesn't answer your question, because i assume you know this anyway, but i just click on the name of the song at the media player bar so it jumps directly to the file in the library.
