This is great! Thanks.
It seems it would be a good feature for the paid Personal Account. the only reason i don't have a larger account is i only have 7 projects. I'd like to really use DeskAway, but since this is denied me, i can't really commit; it's not worth waiting six months till i have 12 projects to start using DeskMail. It's important to my business now. I'll have to look elsewhere.

hi,
The CC feature is inadequate for us, b/c any one of the cc'd people can complete the task. we need to assign the task to multiple people and have the task remain open till ALL people complete the task.

For example, "Task: Return Survey to HR" must be completed by all people.

DeskAway is good. This would make it great for us.

Any idea on timeline??

can you make it so we can edit dates without having to use the mouse?

can you make it so we don't have to use the mouse to erase or change dates. it breaks the workflow. mouseless is a great option. allow us to backspace a highlighted date to clear, rather than clicking the clear button.

see Tracks, the Ruby/Rails apps. they allow various accel. keys, like 't' for today, '+' for adding days. it's much(!) faster than having to use mouse.

can we submit issues by email?

We'd like to submit issues via email. Can we do that?

We have clients who would like to be able to submit project issues via email, like some of the common Help Desk systems. Can we do that with DeskAway?
