I replied to your question in another topic but I'll post again here for anyone else who may need this info and to make sure you have the info you need.
For any questions regarding your account, please contact our member support team at support@naughtyamerica.com. All trial memberships automatically recur to make sure your membership is uninterrupted. If you don't cancel within the trial period we have to assume that you're interested in keeping your membership.
When you contact support@naughtyamerica.com they will be able to help you with your membership.

Your monthly membership is unrelated to NA Direct. You'll have to contact the member support team at support@naughtyamerica.com to discuss any problems with your membership.

I'm very sorry about this. Most likely it was caused by a delay from your bank rather than on our side. NA Direct is literally disabled and cannot charge anyone's cards at all (and has been this way for weeks). Just so I can make sure, can you send me another email at nadirect@naughtyamerica.com so I can double check the status of any refunds?

We host our mail at GMail so it should not be affected by any changes in NA Direct. I have spoken with you since and we will be refunding your charges as soon as possible. Thank you for letting us know about the mail outage. I'll be sure to keep an eye out for any downtime. Please continue to use the nadirect@naughtyamerica.com email to contact me for any problems with charges.

We've disabled new purchases for now so you shouldn't have been charged. Are you sure you were charged or did you just click the purchase button? I will make sure you get a refund for the charges if any payment went through if you can just send me an email at nadirect@naughtyamerica.com

Most likely, you can just double-click the video and it will play automatically.
If you're using Windows, a fully upgraded version of Windows Media Player will play it just fine. Check Windows Update to make sure you have the newest version if you have any trouble.
Personally, I prefer to use iTunes or Quicktime but you may not have that installed already if you're on Windows.
