We had some server issues that may have affected logins immediately after the upgrade. If you're still experiencing this problem please send me an email at martin@naughtyamerica.com. Include the emaill address you used for NA Direct and I'll take a look to make sure everything is ok on our end.

If you'd like, you can try completely uninstalling the application (but not Air) and then downloading and installing it again from nadirect.com.

We don't currently have a way for you to change your email address. This is clearly something we need to add. Email me at martin@naughtyamerica.com and I'll switch it for you manually. Please include your billing address in the email so we can keep our accounts secure (and to make absolutely sure I change the correct account).

We've had a few people have trouble with military addresses. I'm going to need to check with our gateway to see what the actual problem is. Send me over a quick email at nadirect@naughtyamerica.com with your info (email address you signed up with and the address you're entering) and I'll see if I can get it resolved.
