Hi there,

I had just updated Firefox to the latest version (2.0.0.16) when this problem started to occur. Setting Firefox as the default browser did fix the problem though. Thank you
OS: XP SP2 and problem was with Outlook 2003

There's a support article setting firefox as the default browser does not work.

One question: Did you update Firefox, windows, or security software, right before the 'error' started to occur? This is a problem for a few people, and so they're trying to track it down.

This is happening with Firefox on my Vista machine as well. FF is the defaut browser, and when an email link is clicked a "Link Browser" screen opens. don't know why, but it is damned annoying.
