Sorry you're not able to access Plus+. To help us track down this problem, could you let us know if your phone is jailbroken? It sounds like it could be a font display problem, which is appearing on customized devices.

Apologies for the frustrations. Could you answer a few questions to help us figure out what is going on?

Are you entering a game 20 seconds before the end of the match, or is the game ending abruptly (i.e. no kills, no credits)? Are you losing energy?

If it's the former, it's hard for our servers to judge when a game is about to end. Someone could go on a killing spree and quickly accrue the10 kills that trigger an end of game.

Thanks for your note. We know it's an issue and are going to fix it for languages outside of our localized group (English, Spanish, German, French). Unfortunately, we can't fix this server side. Instead, we need to update the application. That means submitting a fix to Apple and waiting for approval.

We're doing our best to fix it in our next update.

Nope! The upgrade system is not tied to your powercells. You spend credits you've earned in energized matches to upgrade your gear.

If you are still receiving this sandbox error, you most likely have a jailbroken device. In-app purchases through iTunes don't seem to be connecting with jailbroken phones. Other users have confirmed that unjailbreaking will correct this.

Hi. Sometimes you will get a connection error with iTunes. Try closing and opening the app again -- iTunes will try to validate the purchase again. If your purchase doesn't show up in about half an hour. Let us know.

Value not found is bug a associated with playing Eliminate in an unsupported language. If you switch your device language setting to English, this should go away.

Unfortunately, it's not a permanent fix. We're hoping to fix this in an update.

The Sandbox error results from trying to buy in-app purchases from a jailbroken device, which cannot connect to the iTunes store. Other users have confirmed that unjailbreaking devices fix this.

Sorry to jump in here Behn. Heh.

I've encountered a couple value not found errors. It usually results from playing on a device that is set to an unsupported language. (Like Dutch). Try switching to English and see if that clears it up. A fix for this will come in an update.

IF this isn't the problem, reply to Behn with all those details.

We are still tweaking and tuning Eliminate. And we don't have a date for global launch quite yet. All I can say is we want to release it to all as soon as we possibly can -- but we also want to ensure a good experience.

We're working on fixing glitches as quickly as we can.

In terms of the server service this evening, Eliminate will probably be down an hour to deal with the cheating, etc. We'll be making a formal announcement about it once we're certain when we'll be doing modifications.
