Enable notification when OFF Duty.

It would be great if we could Enable Alerts when OFF duty. When I'm on duty, I see tweets assigned to me b/c I'm checking. When I'm not at work, it would be nice to see emails so I know something is coming in.

Can you make this option available?

Basic Reporting Function

It would be great if there was some basic reporting built in. Nothing too fancy, maybe to start it would be nice to see #tweets received/when, #tweets per account, #tweets assigned, etc.

It would be really helpful if you could time stamp when the tweet came in (in more detail than minutes/days), when it was assigned, and when a reply was made. That functionality would make the Conversation tab so much more informational.
