to add your hidden friends back to your news feed, scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says "older posts". Look to the bottom right side and it will say "edit options". Click edit options and it will show your hidden friends. Just click the box that says "add to news feeds" next to the name and they will be added back. You may, however lose all thier old posts.
