Just had a crash from Bumptop while right clicking on the desktop and clicking on the "more" button... first time with this build but not the first time I see this bug...

- b3965 doesnt upgrade automaticly to b3978...
b3978 :
- i dont know if it is wanted, because it is like that for all the build, but bumptop keeps switching back "launch on startup" when updating...
- STILL NO DESKTOP CONTROL PANEL ICON UNDER Win7... big launch for the os is october 22nd... is there any plan to fix this (I underline this bug for a long time now...)

just to let you know that the "about" tab (french version) shows BUMPTOP 1.0 (why not 1.1 ?) and my build is already the 3886...

STILL NO CONTROL PANEL ICON ON THE DESKTOP
and the folder games icon is not properly retrieved so the folder appears as a normal folder...

here is my first feedback on this release : run smoothly but some still somes bugs : the games folder under win7 doesnt appear with the right icon. There is not the usaul game icon but the dekstop icon on this folder...
AND THE SECOND BUT MORE IMPORTANT BUG : THE CONTROL PANEL ICON STILL DOESNT SHOW UP !!!
and the third bug, I had to restart bumptop in order to have all my other icons (at fisrt start I had only the computer and the recycle bin)

havn't tried multitouch functions yet, gonna do that next week... nice integration of the French MUI under win7
no bug so far EXECPT THE CONTROL PANEL ISSUE IS STILL AN ISSUE !!!
The control panel icone doesn't show up on the desktop !!! I'm running win7 rc (gonna go rtm on october 22th)

ok I understand.
Well win7 RC is a RC so not everything is translated.
Scren Resoltion is so it is : Résolution d'écran
Gadgets exists in both languages so I don't know if they are planning to change it, and Personnalize is not translated but in Vista it appears as Personnaliser. – MashineGun, on August 04, 2009 14:21

I'm not running any compatibility mode, and I'm running the RC version of win7 so win 6.1.7100... do you want me to unistall it and remove all personal data and reinstall it ? because i usually use the automatic update... – MashineGun, on August 04, 2009 14:00

I've something more for you. :D
I've deleted the two files, so my bumptop desktop went back normally, but the windows media player icon and the media center icon didn't show up, I had to restart bumptop. The control panel icon still doesn't show up, but the internet explorer incon doesn't show up instead of it, so that's a good start. I've tried disablling it and put it back on the desktop but not successfully.
