Have you tried https://twitterfeed.com/reminder, and logged in with the exact OpenID URL shown there?

When I log in with my OpenID and "go to my twitter feeds", there aren't any feeds for me to edit - I can only click on "create new twitter feed". Yet there's obviously a feed there since it keeps on feeding it to twitter, even though I don't want it to anymore.
