Full screen, black background & green text
I use Pages, Writeroom, and Scrivener. All have a great feature that makes it possible to have a black background and green text when writing in fullscreen mode. I think this would be a great extra feature for Blogo's full screen editor.

Mozy support isn't responsive, Unreliable service
I prepaid for a year of service, but I've been having repeated problems with backups for several months. Finally, I contacted support by email via case #QRI-225565, and online chat with Mozy rep DennisC.

I asked whether it would be possible cancel the service and get a prorated refund for the remaining unused months. The online chat rep said yes I could receive the refund, but to first cancel my account within Mozy and then email the refund request to support@mozy.com, including my email support ticket number, QRI-225565.

So I canceled the service within the Mozy control panel and sent an email to support@mozy.com as directed. It's been four days, and I haven't received any confirmation or followup from Mozy support. This is very disheartening. Please respond.
