Matt's dashboard

I'm sorry if something similar to this has been posted recently, but I'm very frustrated and don't know what else to do.
My account started disappearing about 3 weeks ago. Sometimes when I try to log in, it tells me I have a wrong username or password. I've tried every password I've used, and none work. Attempting to change my password doesn't work, either because I don't get the e-mail, or the password change doesn't go through.
Usually my account reappears, but there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it.
Other times when I log in, I get a very early version of my account without a picture, only a few followers and followings, and only @replies to me and one or two updates shown.
I'm not sure if I somehow have two accounts with the same username, or what causes these problems. I would just like some kind of response from a human to give me some idea of what I can do to resolve this problem, because it's unpredictable and very very frustrated.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Not sure if my username shows up automatically, but if not, it's MHarper25
