I will let somebody more knowledgeable about Maya respond about proper way of Maya importing. Just wanted to say that we have found a problem with 60fps download, and will be rolling out a fix for it early next week.

Thanks a lot for the problem report. We do not officially support Windows 7 just yet, but we are working on it! I can not give you a release date just yet, but will update this thread as soon as we have it.

Do you have an XP, Vista, or Mac OS machine to try the Mixamo.com meanwhile?

This is the latest in series of about 5-6 bugs that we discovered with GS FastPass process. Makes me wonder what is so special about us that makes FastPass work for everyone, but Mixamo?

I would appreciate an ETA for the fix. We just launched our support forums via GS live, and this error is presenting us in the bad light in front of our users.

matt reported a problem in Get Satisfaction on October 14, 2009 16:50:

Account Settings does not work for FastPass users.

When our users are logged into GetSatisfaction via FastPass, they have a link in drop down the upper right corner called Account Settings. That link does not work however, clicking it show an error "I'm sorry, the page you are trying to access is for company administrators only."

Our users are not able to customize their identity (tagline, picture, etc).

We add new motions to the website every week. If you are looking for something but can not find it, let us know. We may be able to bring new motion live in matter of days, if not hours!

New release did not fix it. In fact it made it much worse. Feedback widget used to work yesterday, but username and email fields where not populated. Today it just doesn't work, period.

Come on, guys, we are a paying customer -- can we get some attention here?

Thanks for your response Scott. While this helps to logout users who logout explicitly, it does not help with users that logout by the timeout.

I.e. normally we make our login cookies live for certain period of time (e.g. 1 day), and after that they expire. We can do the same for the FastPass cookie that we set, however that doesn't work, does it? User will stay logged in into the GS indefinitely.

Is there any way for us to control how long user stays logged in into the GS? If not, is it a feature request that you will entertain?

I'd like to add that even if a new user logs in on the same machine to our company site, the old user still stays logged in to GS. Looks like GS credentials supersede FastPass cookie credentials.
