Matthew Curry set one of Matthew Curry's replies as an official response to "Forward ordering" in Wiltshire Farm Foods
Matthew Curry replied on August 04, 2009 18:45 to the question "Forward ordering" in Wiltshire Farm Foods:
Hello Patricia, thanks for using GetSatisfaction & don't worry, this is a common question we get asked!
There's 2 ways you can put in an advance order on the website - firstly, in some areas we know allows customers to choose the delivery date they would like, up to 4 weeks in advance. You can do this when on the Choose Delivery Address section of our checkout.
Alternatively, if this service isn't available in your are yet, you can still let you local outlet know by using the "Special Instructions" section on the very last page of the checkout. After you've chosen your payment method and proceeding to the last page (Step 5) - scroll down and you'll see a section called Special instructions. This section can be used to tell your local outlet anything they need to know about the order, such as a Keycode number, or if they should wait some extra time for the door to be answered. In your case, you can use this section to let your local outlet know that the order you are placing is for delivery on a future date. If you let them know the date it should be delivered, they will schedule it in, and confirm it with you.
I do hope this helps, and thanks again for using this new service, I hope it's handy!
Matthew

Hi Marilyn, thanks for contacting us via GetSatisfaction. We do use swede in some of our dishes, and occasionally, get asked to have more swede! Sorry to hear your father doesn't like it. Have you every used our dietary search? It's not just there for things like Dietary Suitability, but you can also get it to search for meals that don't have specific ingredients in. I've done a quick search using the details you gave me. If you click this link here Dietary Search Results it should show you the meals that would be suitable.
kind regards
Matthew

Hi Viv, thanks for the praise, I'm Vegetarian myself so I've tried all the Wiltshire Farm Foods veggie meals myself! Sorry to hear one of your favourites has been discontinued, but I've been speaking with Phil and Shiva in the development kitchen this past week, and I know they're testing something planned for 2009 which I think you'll love!
all the best,
Matt
Matthew Curry replied on November 05, 2008 08:51 to the question "How do I use GetSatisfaction to help my customers" in Get Satisfaction:
Thanks Scott, we have much in plan for GetSatisfaction, it's early days, but we're mentioning the community in our next newsletter, and there's now a feature link to it on our homepage.
Currently our FAQ is more "questions we'd like you to ask" than "questions you've actually asked" so we're using this as a bit of an insight gathering tool as well.
If we ever open up shop in America, I'll let you know!

When will my order be delivered? Each local outlet operates a delivery schedule within their area. When you place your order, and the local outlet has processed it, you'll get a confirmation email saying when your order will be delivered. Normally we visit each city, town or village once a week, though in some areas it's fortnightly. In some areas we will visit more frequently, and if you need to, you can change your delivery day by speaking with your local outlet directly. If you need any help, or would like to know before placing your order, please call our customer care line on 0800 773 773.

Why do you need my postcode?Wiltshire Farm Foods operates a network of over 70 outlets up and down the country. As each outlet might stock different products, or have different promotions on at any given time, we need your postcode to identify which local outlet serves your area. We don't record your postcode unless you ask us to when you create an account with us.

What is MasterCard Securecode?MasterCard Securecode is a new system in use, that affects online transactions using either a MasterCard Credit Card, or a Maestro Debit Card. When you are ready to place your order, and choose one of these types of cards as payment, you'll be taken through to the SecureCode site for your card issuing bank.
The Securecode site will ask you for your Securecode password ( or a sequence of characters therein), which you will have chosen when your card was enrolled.
If you have not already enrolled your card in this scheme, you'll be asked some simple security questions, such as your postcode and date of birth, and then be asked to submit a password.
Some banks may have autoenrolled your card, and you will have received a letter with your password, or a key fob that shows a numerical password.
If you have any trouble using the Securecode system, please contact your card issuing bank, who will be able to assist.

How do you create an account?Occasionally, we have customers who, because other websites require it, try to create an account before shopping with us.
On www.wiltshirefarmfoods.com, things work slightly differently. You don't need to create an account to place an order. Just add items to your basket, and when you come to checkout, choose the option for New Customers.
If you want to create an account, you'll be presented with the option when you place your first order, and we'll save all your details for you.
