Final comment. There is a fix for Wordpress available http://www.bit-101.com/blog/?p=1608 So instead of downgrading Flash Player I would suggest to patch the Wordpress instance.

BTW the change was required due to a security hole in Flash Player, so there is nothing we can "fix". See also info here http://theflashblog.com/?p=463

Please check in the Applications -> Utilities folder. It should have the Adobe AIR Uninstaller.
