In order to look into this issue more thoroughly, please provide the UPC code for the album you are inquiring about as well as the artist's name.

Yes. When creating a ZIP folder with content to send to us use the UPC code you were given as the name of the ZIP folder. -

Your uploaded worked. I sent it to iTunes and it will be live shortly. Just a few notes regarding future releases...
So that we may expedite your content as quickly and flawlessly as possible, please remember the following.
-Artwork must be 600px by 600px
-When creating a ZIP folder be sure to label it with your releases UPC code. This will help us when we are looking for it.

I ran a search in our systems for the UPC code you supplied and we are showing metadata (album information) for the specified release. However, there is no ZIP folder with audio to send to iTunes. Please upload audio for this release so that we may send it to iTunes as soon as possible. -
