I have two IDs. One is @matt_perez (me), the other @nearsoft (my company). Depending on the post, I switch from to the other; ditto for responses.
Twitterfox handles this really well. It shows my current ID in the upper-right hand corner of the TF window. If you click on it, it shows a pull down with my (two) IDs. It remembers the passwords and takes care of the log out/in. This makes it extremely easy (and fast) to switch between IDs. -
