I'm sorry to hear about your problem. However this is a threaded conversation specifically in regard to the company Vann's, Inc. based in Montana. It may be more appropriate to start a conversation thread about the specific company with which your difficulties are in regard to.

This may be happening due to settings in the web browser that is being used to view our site. The pop-up that you referred to should only come up one time as previously mentioned - provided that you have the web browser being used set to "accept cookies". Depending upon the browser you can vary these settings to include "accept cookies only from sites I visit" as well.

When the pop-up has the ability to set a cookie on your web browser, it will only come up one time unless you clear your cookies or reset your browser you shouldn't see it again. When the pop-up does not have the ability to set a cookie due to browser settings disallowing that activity, the pop-up would come up consistently on every page.

I'll be sure to discuss this idea/issue with our IT team and see if there's an alternate solution that allows us to provide this important message in a different way that won't negatively impact the shopping experience of those individuals that choose to not allow their browsers to set cookies from websites.

You bring up so good questions/points. I've already engaged our merchandising and copywriting teams to address the size versus megapixel issue and we'll clean that up.

We've seen some other comments here and in additional feedback channels that speak to the "price drill down". We do have this ability in our search engine and I'm going to start/reinitiate an internal topic on incorporating this feature into our category pages.

Also, if you were just wanting to know what the manufacturer's warranty for this piece is, you can find that by visiting the product page, then clicking on the details tab, then scrolling to the bottom of the details. At this point you would see a section for Warranty Details. This particular piece has a one year parts and labor warranty.

I agree, this does seem like a good idea. I'll be sure that it gets mentioned to the appropriate staff members here.

As a work around for the time being, this can be achieved in our Search Engine. If you search a category and narrow the results down to just products that are actually in the searched category, and not related accessories and such, you can then refine the results by Price, Customer Rating, and more.

Our Billings Location Manager was able to get in touch with Appliance Tech. Appliance Tech have been awaiting parts through Warrantech. Appliance Tech have since procured the parts locally and have scheduled the customers product to be repaired today. Our Billings Location Manager has called the customer and left a message asking them to confirm they were contacted by Appliance Tech for their appointment today as well as the relaying the outcome of the repair back to us.

This is great idea. I'll add this to our "Manage your Vann’s card online" page on the site. We overlooked this - thank you for making this suggestion. I'll update this thread once it has been added.

We do offer a "Share This" ability. To access the feature, you just need to click the link located in the upper right just above where the shipping and price details are - the link says "Share This" and has a little green icon near it. You can then choose to email the information, text it, post it to facebook and more. Hope this helped.

recent inappropriate postings

We've had two recent postings that are inappropriate in some way and I believe they may be from a disgruntled (ex)employee. I'm curious to know if the two topics that have been removed recently came from the same IP Address? I'm also wondering if they came from inside our company IP address range? - 204.11.244.0 to 204.11.247.255

I'm sorry that you didn't get all of the information that you were looking for. Did you click on the Deal of the Day graphic and go to the product page that it was linked to?

I'd like to determine what the issue was so that we can alleviate any future issues surround it if needed.
