Contact Us form seems to have encountered a bug over the weekend and is being fixed now. There are alternate forms of contact on the site, including the info@myliftkits on the Shipping/Returns page.

Our hi top model will increase your height up to 2 inches. It would be tough to allow for any additional height increase inside your shoe.
