We have fixed any FF 2.0 related issues.
I urge our entire community to upgrade to FF 3.5 when you get a chance, if you're a Firefox user. We use it and love it!-

Kathy,
Thanks for the great feedback! We've actually got this in our current iteration plan - we're calling it "change orders" for obvious reasons :)
You should see that in the coming weeks. We also think it's a great addition to the system. For now, the system will allow your client to 'overpay' on a project if you need that flexibility.

Hey Bill,
Thanks for the feedback! We're definitely big Firefox/Safari fans and our site is optimized for their use, so I have to say that I'm slightly embarrassed that you're having rendering errors. That said, I notice you're using Firefox 2, which we haven't tested much against, because we're all on FF3. There are definitely quite a few huge improvements made & security holes patched.
You can go to Mozilla.com to get the upgrade.
Also, while we're on the subject, keep an eye out over the next couple weeks for a new home page! In the meantime, we'll definitely take a look at some of the FF2 issues.

Ryan,
As Sean said above, thanks a bunch for logging this! You actually uncovered a strange bug we hadn't noticed - we're doing real time indexing, but we weren't re-indexing upon users *updating* their profiles. We prioritized it this afternoon and got it done.
It'll be pushed to production tonight or tomorrow at the latest (i.e. the next push...).
Without feedback like yours, who knows how long this would have been undiscovered - thanks again!

Hey Kristen,
You may have missed it in the upper right corner of the page - you'll see a few links above the search box (take a look at the below image).

You can "Sign Out" to log out of the system after logging in (right-most link).
If you'd like to change your password, you can click on Settings up there, which will take you to your account settings page. You should see a change password link on that page and it will guide you from there.
Keep the feedback coming! I'm looking forward to seeing your filled out profile.

Hey Darryl,
We're definitely working on overall status messaging and icons. Our workspace event feed is ordered by newest event at the top, so we're trying to make it easy to digest what the latest actions have been. We'd love to hear from users like you regarding some of the statuses that are required - we were definitely hesitant to guess before we see how our users use the system.
A few ideas we've had are that the maven should be able to flag a project as completed or in a draft status (as you pointed out) to let their client know that it deserves attention. The client should also be able to respond to that flag.
Keep the ideas coming,
Roger
mavenroger gave praise in ConceptShare on November 25, 2008 16:11:
excellent support experienceI just had an issue with PowerPoint step-throughs (large PPT's weren't stepping through) and support@conceptshare.com (specifically Matthew) was extremely responsive. He got back to me right away that the problem was being addressed yesterday and then it was fixed this AM.
