tom tom back up service is the worst I have ever known they take your money for a product & then don't care if you can get it running or not.

I have tried 4 different phones on my tomtom one xl . all of them connect up up with bluetooth but fail to make a wireless connection with tomtom server.T his problem seems to be tomtom fault & make it almost imposable for anybody to get in touch with them to get the problem solved.I bought traffic off them & then found out you after use there server to run it,I have tried to get my money back but can not thy just send you round in circles.
