The solution above (http://docs.google.com/?browserok=true) hasn't solved my problem. I set up Google Docs using fluid (even with the URL above), but when I launch Docs, it simply opens a firefox browser to my google docs page.

Anyone else have this problem?

My comment was about the .CSV exporting feature. Not the built in report. While I appreciate the awesomeness of the built in report, it's not very handy when I need to manipulate data. Do you dig it?

I'm trying to analyze the pivotal data to find out how long the average time it takes to fix a bug or develop a feature. I exported a .CSV file, and while it does show the created and accepted dates, it doesn't show the number of hours it took to complete the step.

I would love to see two fields added to the spreadsheet: time created, and time accepted. It would be even better if those time periods could exclude 6pm to 8am.

Would anyone else find this useful?

We are developing an app in five iteration releases, where we plan for 1 week and develop for 4. When we stop to plan, our velocity is reduced considerably. A pause feature would allow us to have a better estimate for completing a release once we get back on the horse. Otherwise, we have to wait three iterations to see our velocity normalize and get a usable estimate.

Although Schlick's 0% team strength for the planning iteration seems to be adequate.
