Thanks for the reply, In my case, there was nothing I could have done as I made a beeline for Amazon and only found your site after buying the book. Still, until your explanation I didn't realise the digital package was exclusive to your site. As you mentioned, this is a selling point so it makes sense to call it out more.

I ordered the Mental Models book a few days ago on Amazon.com. However, after having checked out RosenfeldMedia, I realised that it comes with a digital version. Am I entitled to download it? If so, how?
