Pre-order delays are unacceptableI pre-ordered a copy of Windows 7 using the Microsoft Store site on 7/30/2009. The product did not ship until 10/22/2009 and I am not going to get it until 10/28/2009.
I also didn't receive a shipping notification e-mail, I had to log back into my account to get this.
Just as a comparison, your competitors can deliver a new operating system to me the day the product is released. Microsoft apparently cannot.
It's time you get with the program. I could have purchased this in the store, I pre-ordered it for the convenience, but I guess that was the wrong move.

The seek bar on the new Quicktime is too smallThe new Quicktime 10 is nice with it's limited player window and features, but the one thing that is annoying is the size of the seek bar. The larger the player window gets the larger it should get just like the old versions so that we can have greater precision in seeking through video.

Source Code HighlightingIt would be great if the messages tool would allow for code highlighting so that we could share source code between employees. This library would make it easy for you to add this functionality: http://code.google.com/p/syntaxhighli...

Create a system status blogEngineering should publish a blog with all of the currently known issues with the Sphere system similar to what major hosting companies do (ie http://status.mosso.com/). This would help customers better time and determine deployments of new technologies and campaigns.

I ordered the standard version of office, the download contained the home and student edition. I need the exchange server support so that wasn't going to cut it, not to mention the fact that it was entirely the wrong product! I went three days without any response from Digital River and eventually asked for a refund on the entire purchase and went to my local Apple store to purchase a DVD of the product.

Great Customer Service!Excellent customer service, everytime I ask a question I get a honest, real response from a human being, no canned message with a 100% working solution. Great job!

Time to Ditch Digital River Microsoft! It's time to ditch Digital River for fulfillment of your Office 2008 products for the Mac. They can't deliver the software correctly and their customer service is horrific.

iPhone ApplicationHow is it that eVite does not have an iPhone application yet? It seems like this is a no-brainer for them to remain the top invitation service.

Add DVR functionality to AppleTVI'm currently stuck with Windows Media Center as a computer-based DVR. It's full of bugs, it only uses outdated Windows video forms, it won't sync to my portable devices. There's got to be a better way. Apple has it halfway perfect with the AppleTV, just add the DVR with dual TV tuners and you can replicate the iPhone craze with our TVs.

Shady WHOIS listings to prevent transfersNetwork Solutions is listing no.valid.email@worldnic.com in WHOIS listings, despite our requests to have our own e-mail. This technique is preventing us from transferring our domain to a different registrar.

Much Needed Instant E-mail ConfirmationWhen you purchase a ticket online people expect some type of e-mail confirmation. My e-mail confirmation didn't arrive for 45 minutes after I booked the trip and there was no confirmation in my Elevation profile that I had booked either causing me to have to call and confirm my flight. Even if you cannot send the receipt immediately you should send an e-mail with the confirmation number.
