Does anyone know if you can select your own startframe / keyframe for your videos that you embed. My startframes all look terrible!

help! new QIK embed player not working

the new embeded player isn't shrinking to the box size my blog requires. all my old embeds work great, but the new ones are cropped and not playable. CSS won't fix the problem, as it seems there is a minimum size built in the swf. is there a way around this?
