Liz, Id like to ask log-out, then log back in... see if that corrects the problem. If so, we'd have agood idea what might be causing the issue on our code.
Also, please send us anything (ie error messages) that might be helpful to us, as our logs are not logging your problem, and we are unable to replicate the problem on our side.

Michael E. Carluen replied on August 11, 2009 17:50 to the problem "jpg unable to post" in TwitWall:
Hello Mandolin-
this problem was also reported yesterday. Apparently, we have an issue auto-resizing functionality; TwitWall resizes jpg images down to 550px. Not all images being shrinked are affected by this issue. We are working on to fix it and it should be the it be implemented soon. In tte meantime, if you need to have the image uploaded right away, you can shrink the image down to 550px or less.
Thanks, we'll be posting an update once its fixed.
Michael E. Carluen replied on August 08, 2009 18:59 to the problem "TwitWall access" in TwitWall:
Hello Aurelio,
Yes, this directly related to the Denial of Service (DoS) attack that is currently happening (and even escalating) on Twitter.
A DoS attack basically is a malicious entity that is overwhelming and overloading the Twitter website with URL requests. Thus, forcing its system to go down.
Twitter is working really hard to defend itself from the attacks to keep its own website up. Unfortunately, this has caused them to temporarily restrict many of its resources on its API, the key component that enables 3rd party apps like TwitWall (and many others app) to work.
We fully understand the tough work that Twitter is doing to fight its attackers. We are confident that once they are able to restore its own system, its service to its API will follow as well. TwitWall hopes its users just understand that and be patient till it happens.
To find out the latest information on this situation, go to http://status.twitter.com or follow http://twitter.com/gotwitwall for specific TwitWall updates.
Thanks Aurelio,
Michael

Robert:
(This is a copied response from a similar problem report)
As most already know, Twitter is defending from a malicious "Denial of Service" (DoS) attack. This has cause Twitter and all 3rd party applications like TwitWall, to degrade it services until Twitter have fully recovered from the attack.
Currently, the affect manifested is the inability for users of to login using the oAuth authentication on most if not all 3rd party apps, like TwitWall.
Please check TwitWall frequently, as the fix may take in effect anytime.
For more information, go to http://support.twitter.com or follow TwitWall at http://twitter.com/gotwitwall
Thanks for you patience Robert.

Hi Lee... if you're still seeing the 'system maintenance' message, then your browser is still caching our old IP address location. To flush any cached URLs from your windows browser, simply go to Start->Run then type: ipconfig/flushdns Once that runs, simple go back to your browser then go to TwitWall.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but with our more efficient system, we hope you'll notice a slightly better performance.
