The problem you are experiencing is not related to a file size issue. Our logs show your ISP is timing out your upload connection. This could be due to network congestion with your ISP or possibly your ISP blocking large file uploads (which I doubt is the issue in your case - no ISP should have an issue with a 342mb upload). My suggestion would be to use the Master Credit option instead of the uploader to add you master if the problem persists. Also if you retry the upload, keep in mind that the uploader will pause for moments as it is buffering your upload throughout the process. --But the buffer pauses are minimal and at the most just a few seconds every now and then.

Testing the problem, we found a bug that made its way into our last version update. The problem is isolated to Internet Explorer. We are currently fixing the problem. In the meantime please use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. You will not have this issue in Firefox.
