fubra passport address look up

Hi guys

my card failed a payment so i'm trying to add a new card using a new address. but the address lookup on the passport.fubra.com site seems to be buggered (in relation to adding a new address at least). In Chrome it just keeps adding like a million blank lines for some reason. In IE it just appears an error icon bottom left and just does nothing when you enter a postcode to add a new address.

None of the buttons do anything.

Hi Rob. Wait for clarification, but I think that you create an invoice for £6 to HSBC.

Then use the £1000 payment to pay off £994 from the place and £6 to HSBC. Culminating in credit noting the guy for the £6.

I think that's right but see what the others say.

it is fixed in terms of it remembers your selection. but no easy way to turn off tips now as before. but at least it remembers. thx

reports show revenue for when invoice paid not when issued

Hi. all the reports show revenue based on like when the person pays (or visa versa I can't remember). what if we wanted it to report revenue based on the date the invoice was issued rather than paid?

Hi Tim. But when I import a paypal statement, I received $200,
but because clearbooks is not recognising cross currency, it just says that is £200.

Also due to exchange rates etc. that will mean that if I invoice someone $200 and they pay me $200, the amount I receive will never equate to $200 in clearbooks, e.g. it will moan that they have paid too much etc.

as you know. vat cash reporting works on the basis of when cash is received. not on the date of the invoice.

thus the below invoice (yes issued outside the period, but paid for in the period) should have shown up in the vat report 1st july to 30th september. it does not.

i've also found that these invoices are not appearing in the vat returns despite including vat. what is going on here guys?
