Thanks for the update Bill - we just brought on two more servers - so we think we are back at the load level we want to have. I'm going to call this resolved, but we will watch it closely over the next day or so to make sure the additional capacity is enough to handle all of the new users we've gotten in the last two days.

Just to update you - both my OSes started logging in around mid-morning.

Just a status update, the additional servers are processing requests, but there is a large backlog of pending information we are trying to process, so you will still experience timeouts.

We are working on bringing on even more to handle the backlog.

Thanks, Joe. This is good to know. I signed up yesterday as well and was loving the service. Then this morning it wouldn't transmit. Glad it's just a temporary problem and not something on my end!
