Problems installing Adobe CS4 Software AND extreme problems getting ahold of their customer service reps.
I've spent hours troubleshooting Adobe CS4 installation. I'm wasting my time digging through their unorganized, maze website. I don't appreciate spending too much time on hold. I've found no answers online. I just want to install the software! And from what I've heard, despite Adobe's alleged "apology," customers are still having trouble activating their software, getting a hold of a customer service representative, and moving ON with their lives. I am completely dissatisfied with Adobe's lack of concern for these issues.
