I appreciate you're trying to help. But I'm very frustrated. I want to participate but I can't, and the way the system is designed is very frustrating.
Do you know that you accept facebook authentication for posting comments, but don't use facebook for getting support? I used my windows live account to get help and my facebook account to use the site. This makes you have to ask who I am. If you had one authentication system you would KNOW who I am.
Also, your form (this one I'm using now) will allow me to enter my message and hit submit, but then it takes me to a login screen and when I get back all my information is gone and I have to re-write my message.-

I love the sites and I want to participate but this external authentication system sucks!!! You use facebook for comments and windows live for support. How dome is that!
I can't post comments in gizmodo or lifehacker. They submit and display but then on refresh they die. I've written this problem four times. If this doesn't work, I'll give up. -
