Importing intense debate xml file

I used to have a wordpress blog and I had intense debate installed on it. but some days ago I imported my blog to blogger.com and again I installed id on it, but surely my old comments in wp didn't show up, because of different urls of entries in wp and blogger.
I've exported my old comments as xml and modified all the entries urls as they are in blogger now. I wanna know if there is anyway to import this modifed xml file or not?

I just click on feedly icon, then it takes 3-4 seconds of updating feeds and after that this error page

Now, it's about one day that I get this error when I want to use feedly. first it shows that feedly is updating feeds but suddenly thiss error page appears.
I have been using feedly for a while and didn't see this error before.

I wanna make intense debate optimized for my blog that is in a rtl language. and there is no support for rtl languages as I see. so I tried to write a costume css style to solve the problem. but I couldn't. the default css codes are a little confusing and documentation is really short and not enough.
I just wanna make comments text-aligning to right, so what should I do?
