No problem. You can email the unused account name to support@newrelic.com, so that our RPM admin can disable this account for you.

Hi Sean,
We are currently having other agents report to our production site through ssl. Could it be some network issue on your side? Can you try accessing this site from the same host that your app is on?

Thanks,

Hi,
I don't see this problem with our latest agent v2_5_1 on my Mac.
Which version of agent are you using? You can find out the agent version by looking at the version.txt under newrelic_rpm plugin directory or the version.rb under /newrelic_rpm/lib/newrelic for more recent agent release.
Thank,
Mei

Hi Meloh,
I just tried installing rpm with an app usng jruby1.1.3 with glassfish 3.0.1 on Mac OSX, it works fine, I can see the performance data in rpm site.
So the problem you are seeing may be specific to the environment that you are in. We can trouble shoot it after you gather more detail information.
thanks,
Mei

Hi Sorth,
I have the similar environment on Mac OSX and I use Webrick, but I don't see the problem you described.
Would you please send an email to support@newrelic.com with the full newrelic_agent log? We would like to help you trouble shoot the problem you are seeing.

meixue replied on August 08, 2008 18:42 to the question "Is there a rough date on when Litespeed will be supported?" in New Relic:
Hi Ericson,
We have announced the beta support for LiteSpeed recently. If you use the latest RPM plugin v2_4_2, you should be able to see your app running on LiteSpeed. Any feedback from you will be very appreciated.
By the way, you can follow our product updates and announcements (including supported platforms) on twitter by following NewRelic.

meixue replied on August 08, 2008 17:48 to the problem "No data in rpm account" in New Relic:
Hi,
Is your account in RPM named spongecell? Our RPM detected that this account is still using a RPM agent on version 1 protocol, which we are no longer support.
Enable to see your data in RPM again, please update your agent to the latest plugin tag v2_4_2 by using the following command and restart your mongrels.
script/plugin install --force http://svn.newrelic.com/rpm/agent/new...
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Mei

Hi,
Please refer to our trouble shooting documentation here to see if that can help you resolve the problem:
http://sites.google.com/a/newrelic.co...
If that doesn't help you, please gather the following information and send it to my email at meixue@newrelic.com.
- What version of RPM agent you are using? you can look at the version.txt under the newrelic_rpm plugin
- What platform you are using? Mongrel, Thin, others, and on what OS?
- What Rails version you are using?
- Attaching a copy of the newrelic_agent log file will be very helpful.
Hope we can resolve this problem soon,
Thanks,
Mei
