I am sorry that you have had no replies, and we will try to remedy to your problem. Please email me at euhq@mountaincycle.com with the details of your claim. You have purchased a San Andreas DNA to Gaia Bike in 2007, is that the facts? and you have now a broken swingarm and try to have it replaced. I assume you have communicated with Gaia and that they informed you that you were no longer covered by a warranty? Nevertheless, please forward your picture of the break and your proof of purchase from the shop. We have a very small stock of product for the old model, but we will try to see with both US and Europe if we can assist you.
I do apologise for the delay of this answer as we are trying to take care of everybody.

I am quite surprised to see your post. I am sorry that you feel that you are being ignored or worse being robbed of your £70. Could you please contact me on euhq@mountaincycle.com and I will firstly research anything that have been send out to you, and if it happens that the goods never reached destination, I will arrange for another send out after verification that we still have the part in stock.
We curently try to deal with all customer inquieries and provide a satisfactory customer service. There have been mishaps, since we are not perfect, but we do try.

We will have news very soon about decal packs as you already have...otherwise we have standard set stickers, I enclosed some image so you can make the decision to either wait a little for the news or purchase one of the New stickers set.

Well without news from you yesterday I have cancelled the pick up...sorry. I did not even think I would have had answer from you due to the communication failure via email.
Ok Let's start from the top. Will send paper for Monday pick up. You need to reply to me before noon, so I can send request to shipping company.
To answer the previous question, it is a yes. I have sent a week ago your jersey to your address, same as the invoice.
Please let me know as soon as you receive it, as I do not have a tracking method for simple mail, just the send out log. Thank you

Sorry I missed your proposed window, but cannot contact people on their day off. Regarding your Jersey, that is a bit worrying.. Got posted 8 days ago according to my book... I have no trace as it left without being registered.
