I would not go with them. I did receive a rebate after multiple emails requesting it, but it took them nearly 2 weeks to respond to me. I couldn't find any way to contact them by phone and it is frustrating to just send emails and hope for a response someday. I foolishly then bought another ticket with them a month ago and am still waiting for that rebate. The company is legit - at least I did get real tickets - but the rebate thing seems to be a scam.

I have not had good experiences either with cfares. I bought a ticket last February with them but was unable to request the promised rebate online because the form never appeared (in retrospect I think you might need to have pop-ups enabled though their FAQs make no mention of this...). After repeated emails I finally got a response after 11 days and received my rebate shortly thereafter. Thinking this was just a fluke, I again bought a ticket a month ago. This time the rebate form did pop up and I filled it out...but surprise! No rebate ever posted. I emailed them again and we'll see what happens. I definitely think they try their best not to give back the rebates they promise.
