Your feed needs to be added to our system, which I've done. Your feed hash is: 41b19e7b898cbda9b53d189870357346

Replace the one you current have with the one above and your own blog posts should start appearing in the widget shortly.

Did you add your blog to our system fairly recently? I tried to pull up your feed and got a message that it wasn't indexed yet. Also, the feed showing on your website is our blog's feed, which is an indication it never pulled your feed hash, but ours instead.

Is the feed hash showing for the widget on your site: 2560effbca26b5205d8af6b3ebc31e1e ?

If so, that's incorrect. I have added your feed for processing, and will let you know once it's in our system. (If you added it with a different feed URL and think you already have a page like this: http://www.postrank.com/feed/2560effb... -- please send me the URL and I will take a closer look.

How long ago did you add your feed to our system? I can't get it to come up at all, so if analysis is "stuck", that would certainly explain it. – Melanie Baker, on August 02, 2009 12:57

Hi Sameer -- Can you confirm it's the widget you're referring to, from this page: http://www.postrank.com/publishers ?

If so, I'm not sure where the issue would be, since your posts are appearing and up to date, and when I try the customization I'm getting posts. If you did mean the widget, I'll have to get you to put it back up, since we need it to be in situ to investigate.

Hopefully we'll get it sorted out quickly. :)

Hi Helge -- Hmm, that sucks. One of the devs had done some work, which he thought would fix the issue, and then we needed a day or two for the changes to percolate through the system to see if it did. Except then several of us were out of the office, hence why we haven't had a chance to check back until now. And the bad news is (as you know), that the issue still seems to be outstanding, so I'll get the devs to take another look and hopefully we can get it sorted out soon. Hi Mike -- we've gotten a couple similar reports, so we'll take a closer look. (I'm getting the 504 error now as well.) There were a lot of us out of the office until recently, so hopefully things will get sorted faster now that we're back.

Hi Marilla -- My immediate suspicion is that there's a problem with your site feed. I can't seem to manage to access it. (E.g. when I click the RSS button in the address bar in Firefox, it doesn't take me to the FeedBurner page for your feed.)

If you can access your feed, could you send me the URL? In the mean time, will have the developers take a closer look.

Hi Wesley -- there was a problem with displaying your posts, which would also prevent them from showing in the widget: http://www.postrank.com/feed/18555ae5...

It's fixed now, so posts should show up. (And yeah, your feed hash is correct.)

Also, I've updated your feed to use the FeedBurner feed you listed. That should percolate through within the next few hours.

Thanks, Andrea. Looks like the server where your feed is is a bit stuck. (You'll see posts aren't coming up right now, so stuff wouldn't show in the widget, either). http://www.postrank.com/feed/043a41c6...

Once one of the guys resets it, it should work fine, and I'll let you know.

That's rather odd. Sounds like something's gotten crossed. I'll ask one of the developers to take a look.
