Good morning! When filling out an application, incomplete areas will highlight in yellow. However, on some computers the yellow does not display. Please feel free to contact our customer service department, and we would be happy to take a look at what is missing.

BlueSky certainly has the ability to track guaranteed hours for you!
After assigning a need, the contract information generates automatically for you. One of the pieces tracked within the contract are the caregiver’s guaranteed hours.
After timesheets have been processed in BlueSky, you will be reminded if a caregiver did not make the guaranteed hours for the time period. The guaranteed hours automatically pull into payroll for you, with the option to easily remove or make adjustments.
Guaranteed hours are clearly defined on the invoice with a note indicating the total number of guaranteed hours being invoiced.

Can I track guaranteed hours on contracts?My contracted/travel staff is guaranteed a minimum number of hours per week while on assignment. If they do not meet this amount of hours, we add the additional hours into their pay and our invoice to the client. Can you track this for us?

After an exam is removed within NurseTesting, you have the ability to view a history of exams removed.
To view exam removal history:
- Log into NurseTesting.
- Select the Exam Activity tab.
- Within the exam activity tab, select the option for "removal history."
- Use the "removed within" drop down box to view the complete removal history, or the past 60, 80, 90 or 120 days. Be sure to click "select" after either option has been changed to create the new view.
- Use the date fields to view a specific date range.

Caregivers can be deleted from NurseTesting only if they have not completed an exam, checklist, or document. If a caregiver has completed an exam, checklist, or document, they can be archived. This will inactivate your caregiver, but save the results of any assessments completed. Archived caregivers can be unarchived at a later point, should you need to begin working with their information again.
To delete or archive a caregiver:
- Find the caregiver within NurseTesting.
- Select the edit information option.
- The bottom of the page will give you the option to delete or archive the caregiver. Select the appropriate option and click update nurse.

NurseTesting.com provides for screening and competency assessments that have undergone a formal validation process to meet EEOC and Department of Labor Guidelines for hiring practices. It is our policy not to provide the answers to our exams in order to maintain the validity of our exam content. If we give out the answers to our questions, our exams are no longer valid.
