yes, i have my Windows desktop extended to both monitors (have one image across both, for instance). i'm not using two separate desktops; i only have one that is as large as my entire dual-monitor real estate.
my thought is that expanding BumpTop to the full real estate (making it wider than it is tall, as it were) is the most logical solution; haivng two BumpTops might confuse things.
MerlBump replied on November 06, 2008 15:27 to the question "Hiding all my other windows!" in BumpTop:
the desktop needs to operate as a background program, not shove its way to the fore as soon as i click on empty space. when i click empty space on BumpTop, all other windows hide (including windows on my second monitor, more about this in another thread re: multiple monitor support).
the 'regular' Windows desktop allows me to manipulate docs/icons/folders while leaving unfocused windows open; BumpTop is much pushier and elbows everyone else out of the way every time.

No Applications to Move Around/View?is BumpTop an environment for manipulating documents only? i.e.: i don't see my applications on the BumpTop; is that normal or a setting i missed? love it so far!
