I was wondering if anyone knows how this scale works. For instance is 7.0 to 10 plantinum, 5.0 to 7.0 Gold etc. I'm not understanding how the rating systems works exactly.

I posted a question and I can no longer see it. Still no response. What is up with this site?

I have sent several e-mails the last couple of days with no response to any. Is there anybody home?????????? I paid for two contest tickets and two more uploads and can't enter the contest or upload any new songs....................If I don't here back by tomorrow, I am canceling my Amazon payment. I have not seen customer service this bad on any site and am questioning your authenticity. I actually have to add tags to my questions to give my questions better odds of getting answered? PLEASE!!!!!!!!
