Rich Schefren won't honour his "iron-clad" money-back policy , then debits our account for 4 months AFTER we cancelled.We bought their Business Kit in December 2007. We reviewed it and found it lacking and returned it. Their sales offer relentlessly claims that they offer a full refund if we're not satisfied. They never honoured their "iron-clad" money back guarantee after we returned the product.
In fact:
They continued to take money from our account WITHOUT AUTHORISATION for 5 months after we cancelled. And this wasn't even part of the 5 monthly payments they agreed to. They will not respond to email, their own ticket support system or their phones.
They've illegally taken funds from our account. Will not respond to us at all. Have their product back as agreed.
If you search for Rich Schefren (the owner) and the word "scam" you'll find a page he built to garner search rankings for that, so complaints don't make the front page of a search.

BTW...any chance do you have a PayPal account, if not we will have to mail it.
If you don't you might consider setting up a PayPal account....

We sent them our SWIFT int. banking details for the refund and they've been totally unresponsive.
