    "Oops" error when trying to import outlook contacts to gmail
    I am trying to import contacts from outlook 2002 (which I have done successfully before) and I keep getting an "oops. an unknown error occurred while importing contacts." Also, I cannot sync my gmail contacts with my blackberry. I keep getting an unsuccessful error as well..
