In total I have over 3,000 contacts wherein majority ~70% comes from Gmail. Is this an issue for sendible? – mg©o, on November 11, 2009 01:58

Why does sendible malfunction when trying to import Gmail Contacts? How come sendible is having a hard time importing my contacts especially for Gmail?
I have tried importing my contacts over and over but sendible just shows the "Connecting to service... Please wait..." status message for hours - the longest I've waited was around 4 to 6 hours at one point!
I have also tried exporting my addressbook to a csv file and import it through the csv method, but still it doesn't work!

The "edit/preview invitation text" text box has been reduced to a thin strip! When adding a new connection via the "add connections" button (green), I noticed that when I click the "edit/preview invitation text" the text field has been reduced to a thin line where normal text couldn't be properly seen.
I frequently use this function as to customize my message or greeting to a contact when inviting them to LI so I hope there's an explanation why this is happening?
Anyone else experience this?
*browser used was FF 2.0.0.14

How come I can't login via the Nimbuzz.com website using a laptop?Apparently I have successfully logged on via my mobile using the Nimbuzz application that I downloaded. But when I tried using a full browser on a laptop to log on the website http://www.nimbuzz.com I couldn't get through! After every click of the login button the website just keeps bringing me back to a fresh & blank login page? Did I miss anything... what's up with that?

How does one connect to another account (same IM platform / provider) on one instance of Nimbuzz? Can't seem to connect to my other account on the same platform since the Nimbuzz application does not allow me to. Is this a limitation of nimbuzz to allow users to just sign in to only one IM or IM-like service at a time? Not good.
*I'm including a logo of the nimbuzz i'm talking about since the one who's maintaining this GS page didn't bother including it (or a description for that matter)

I have consulted Nokia before and their reply was that they don't support Linux as of the moment. I've consulted Asus as well, but no luck there either.
So would you say that this will be Globe's official standpoint on the issue as well?
Thank you. – mg©o, on June 25, 2009 10:21

How to use an Asus Eee PC 900 on Xandros to go online via GSM or UMTS through Nokia E-Series phone as modemHas anyone found a solution on how to use an Asus Eee PC 900 on Xandros to go online via GSM or UMTS through Nokia E51 phone as modem using a USB cable & not via bluetooth?
Dear GTI,
I'd like to ask if you know someone who has encountered a solution to this please? I'm using a usb cable to connect as this particular Eee model does not have bluetooth.
More than a year or two ago, I've successfully done this via Windows XP, but can't quite get it right using Xandros on the Eee. And I frequently use my mobile phone to access the internet...
Could you share any experiences that would help me out on this please? It would be best if there was a Globe faq about it - though I realize that Globe's service is only one of the ingredients for this to make it work so I'm taking my chances that you might know someone who's xandros-linux-savvy & has already found a way...
Thank you.-
