How do I get out from under the cap? I was triing to reduce my contacts to thoose that are following me... which would be a nice option compaired to me having to manually remove people and then put the ones I messed up with back in (which I want to do)

Yea, I dropped all of my contacts that were not following me, and then wanted to add the people who were. Now I can not get anyone to add me back! I am not a spammer! ARGGGHHH!
