Don't depend on this thread. It's good that we're getting responses on this thread, but I don't think Globe has a system or hired people to check online for complaints. It's still best to give them a call. I sent an email to globe once before as well and I didn't get a reply until after 6 months. My P1000 load that I loaded last night is still not credited to my balance. It's almost 11 hours since. I also can't do mobile banking with globe anymore. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS KEEP HANGING UP.
