Can you login to O2's website and let me know how much it says you've used (and have left) - http://myo2services.o2.co.uk

/username URL change? It doesn't look like the getsatisfaction.com/company_name URL can be changed in the dashboard - could you change mine to /prenvo rather than /mcneela (global name change)
Thanks! :)

Michael shared an idea in Spotify on September 08, 2009 13:49:
Spotify universal play state synchronisationIt'd be awesome (..I think..) if the Spotify mobile apps and Spotify desktop app would return to the last play state - rather than each app having its own: that way I could play music at my desk via Spotify and when leaving the house just open a mobile app to continue where the desktop app was playing.
I get the feeling there's no system in place for that sort of thing, but the "Music is playing elsewhere" feature makes me think there just *might* be some central "link" to allow for my idea ><

You've just discovered a bug! Drop me an email at allowance@mcneela.net and I'll run some tests to find the cause (and fix it!) :)

Apologies for the massively late reply!
I *am* now looking into Pay & Go support: showing free allowances and also any bolt-on internet usage
Email me at allowance@mcneela.net if you'd like to help out :)
A comment on the idea "Once you change the icon I'll buy it!" in Prenvo:
Hah, I remember you! :P
I'm pretty stuck with this: I have a lot of people almost demanding a new icon and then have a lot who also really like it ><
I realise that it does look a "tad" tacky, but it's also become known for the rainbow and black circle + pound sign...
I really don't want to use anything related to O2: their branding is theirs and - even if they wouldn't mind the app taking on a blue front full of sexy bubbles and neon signs - I don't want to indirectly mislead users into thinking it's an O2 app (some people already think it is..)
A designer friend of mine reminds me of this almost every time we talk, so rest assured I'm far from forgetting the issue - a new icon might just come along for the ride in the next major update :)
I don't like how some - or, uh, most - developers don't seem to like (or just can't) interact with the users too much; I'm glad you're happy with my responsiveness!
P.S. I also know some awesome O2 people using the app: one Apple Store employee emailed me a couple of months ago saying that they all use it - pretty humbling and down-right cool :D – Michael, on August 25, 2009 01:04
