Troubleshooting this issue requires your account info (for verification purposes), so the easiest way to do this is to email me at support with your URL and we will take care of this.

Emailing support@intensedebate.com is also extremely helpful since bugs like this are tracked within our system which is something that we unfortunately cannot do with Get Satisfaction.

We request that you email us so that this can get entered in our tracking system properly. This is a major limitation of Get Satisfaction for us and is one of the main reasons why we recommend that you email us for all support related issues rather than use the Get Satisfaction forum (this includes future issues as well).

I will need to disclose some account information to you in order to correct this, and that info shouldn't be displayed in a public forum. Mike, this has been corrected. If this occurs again please email me at support@intensedebate.com with the comment permalink for the parent comment that you're responding to. To get the permalink hover your mouse cursor over the timestamp > right click and select "Copy Link Location" > paste in your email.
