Michael Koenig replied on October 29, 2009 21:08 to the problem ".com and .com/index.html haver different comments" in IntenseDebate:
Thanks for getting in contact. Can you please provide me with links to specific posts where this is occurring? Also, it sounds like I will need to check out your account in our database and I will need your email address (that you registered with) in order to do that. With that in mind, can you please email me at support@intensedebate.com with the above info?
Thanks,
Michael

Michael Koenig replied on October 27, 2009 22:53 to the question "Comments Not Showing In Intense Debate Administration Panel" in IntenseDebate:
I just took a look at your moderation panel (what loads in WP) and both comments are there. Are you still not seeing them? If you aren't can you please send me a screenshot of what you're seeing to support@intensedebate.com? Please don't post it here since there may be sensitive user info (email, IP) in the screen.
Thanks,
michael

A comment on the problem "MAJOR ISSUE WITH SYNCING ID COMMENTS BACK TO WORDPRESS!!!" in IntenseDebate:
I will post updates here. We've corrected the issue. We are currently processing 4 million requests in the sync queue, which is a fairly major load so it's taking some time. I will let you know when we're all caught up. Thanks for your patience. – Michael Koenig, on October 27, 2009 20:09
Michael Koenig replied on October 27, 2009 20:07 to the idea ""Highest Rated Comments" widget?" in IntenseDebate:
Thanks for posting this. We've considered created a way to allow you to create your own widgets, but we would need to build a backend infrastructure that would support this. This is something that we're open-minded about for the future, but we currently do not have any solid plans at the moment.
Thanks for your feedback.

Michael Koenig replied on October 27, 2009 19:54 to the question "What do non-threaded comments look like?" in IntenseDebate:
Hi Tim,
I don't have a screenshot of what the comments look with threading disabled, but there's no indentation at all. The comments will look like they do when all of the threads are collapsed (there just won't be any child comments).
Hyperlink usernames won't link to the comment, but they can grab the comment permalink by right clicking the comment timestamp and then copying that link location.
Kind regards,
Michael

Michael Koenig replied on October 26, 2009 20:26 to the question "Why cant I load intense debate using snappages?" in IntenseDebate:
Hi Megan,
Thanks for getting in contact. I'm not familiar with snappages so it will be difficult to troubleshoot this. As far as I know IntenseDebate has not been used on snappages. Your template needs to be able to support JavaScript code. If it doesn't support JavaScript then you will not be able to install IntenseDebate. Can you please provide me with a specific link to a page where you installed ID?
Thanks,
Michael
