Michael asked a question in Sprint on August 31, 2009 14:41:
Sprint turned off my phone for the weekend, and transeferred my service to a phone that's in a UPS box that I won't receive for a few more days.I just decided to put my trust in sprint again, although why I do not know. I ordered a new phone on friday which must be shipped to me. The minute I got off the phone with me, they killed the service on my current phone. They switched the service to my new phone, which is in a box, flying across the country, fat lot of good that does. I lost almost $300 in salary and nearly lost my job because I was called into work over the weekend and never got the call, as my sprint phone is my only phone.
I called customer service and they offered me like a $5 credit for the 3 days I was without service. This is unacceptable.
I'm on the verge of just not accepting delivery on the new phone, and telling sprint to go shove it. I've had nothing but service issues since I went to sprint, and if I don't accept that new phone, I'm out of my contract and can switch to any other carrier. Hopefully one who will treat me better, although I fail to see how I could be treated any worse.
Michael replied on April 01, 2009 16:47 to the problem "Fuzzy tv, 5 techs, not fixed. Comcast sux." in Comcast:
I have a digital tuner in a couple of tv's and they come in way better than comcast's regular basic. I had great reception with extended basic, but ever since then.. the over the air signal is WAY BETTER than what I get from comcrap. The bad thing.. is that it's cheaper to have their stupid regular basic just to keep my internet price down. I can't wait until AT&T gets uverse in my neighborhood.. it can't be worse than what I have now.. and I'd pay more money to get the same stuff, just to get rid of comcast and their horrible service. But.. I figure, I'm paying for it.. so it better look crystal clear. They gave me free 'wire coverage' or whatever for a year.. so.. I figure if I can't get it resolved.. I can get them to send so many tech's out to my house and rewire the whole thing 2-3 times.. at least it's costing them more this year in service than they will make from me.. It seems like my only option for making this even ;-)

Fuzzy tv, 5 techs, not fixed. Comcast sux.I've been having an issue with horrible fuzziness and terrible reception since downgrading to regular basic. I have had 5 techs out, had one rewire my entire house, and they all agree that my signal is good but my tv looks terrible. All of the tv's in my house have this issue and I was told that the signal strength is good. They have completely ignored me and have not resolved my issue in nearly a month. I have wasted nearly $200 in wages waiting around for techs who do not resolve the issue. Can I call the FCC or something and file a complaint? Or should I look into hiring a lawyer?
