Michael asked a question in Grindr on October 03, 2009 10:50:
Grindr tied to *Device ID* or to *Phone Number*??I just got a brand new iPhone 3Gs and downloaded Grindr. However, sometime in the next 2 weeks I'll be porting over my old number to my phone, which will make my phone number change on the same device. Will that affect my Grindr association with my device??

Grindr + New Device??I had an iPod Touch and just bought an iPhone. I want to use Grindr on both devices. Is there a way to somehow combine my devices so that the same synced account will be accessible from either device??
If that's not possible, can I at least move my EXISTING account from my iPod Touch to my iPhone since that will be much more useful in the long run?!-

Read/Unread colorsI would love shaded/color coding for new, unread tweets. If I'm away from my computer, I soemtimes forget where I left off! :-(-

A comment on the problem ""@" = "i" ? "#" = nothing ?! What gives?" in Ping.fm:
I did just now, at your suggestion, and had my friends tell me which symbols arrived to them via SMS. I sent "@ # * i @ #" to test some special tag characters, and TWO friends reported back that they received those exact symbols in that exact order. I also CC'd myself on the SMS, and I received my on symbols correctly as well.
I've found an additional service called PixelPipe, which is similar to Ping.fm, and "@" and "#" posted thru them do not get changed...and when I use my Ping.fm EMAIL they're fine. It's just via SMS to Ping.fm! Is it a Boost Mobile thing perhaps?!?! – Michael, on August 11, 2009 02:42

Michael asked a question in Ping.fm on August 08, 2009 04:42:
Reset Application Key. Any Other Steps??Because PingLater.fm is NOT allowing access to our accounts, but is still Pinging all our scheduled Pings, I had to reset my Ping.fm Application Key to keep anything else from posting! Now that I've reset my key, do I need to change any other settings, such as the account which my account posts to when I send a Ping??
Michael reported a problem in Ping.fm on August 07, 2009 04:39:
"@" = "i" ? "#" = nothing ?! What gives?I've noticed that when I ping an "@" symbol, somehow it gets changed to an "i". The "@" symbol is VERY important in Twitter posts!!
Original Post at: http://twitter.com/MichaelParisi/stat...
Had to repost with "@" tag: http://twitter.com/MichaelParisi/stat...
And I also noticed that "#" gets dropped in some services when I send thru Ping.fm!-
