I have the same problem. Their map shows my house to be in an area with "good" service, but I randomly drop service. Sure, sometimes I might be lucky and have 2 or even 3 bars, but 30 seconds later it will show the phone as "searching" and then I suddenly have no service at all. It's rather annoying, as you would imagine.
